Rules & Regulations

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Entry is void where prohibited by law.
  • Presque Isle Partnership board members, staff, and their household family members are ineligible to enter.
  • Staff members of Boyer RV Center and Boyer Marine Center are also prohibited from entering.

Ticket Submission & Payment:

  • Online tickets must be purchased by 1:00pm on October 3, 2026 (24 hours prior to grand prize drawing) to qualify for the drawing.
  • Physical tickets must be purchased and received by 12:30pm on October 4, 2026 (30 minutes prior to grand prize drawing) to quality for the drawing.
  • Ticket donation options:
    • 2 ticket for $10
    • 5 tickets for $20
    • 10 tickets for $30
  • Donations are not tax-deductible.
  • Online payments are accepted securely via major credit cards. Mailed donations must be in the form of checks or money orders made payable to Presque Isle Partnership and sent to:

  • If a check or credit card payment is declined, the associated tickets will be invalid unless full payment is received before 12 noon, October 3, 2026.

Drawing & Winner Notification:

  • The random drawing will take place on October 4, 2026 at the Beach 1 Pavilion on Presque Isle State Park at 1:00pm.
  • The winner will be selected from ticket stubs, which include the entrant’s name and contact information.
  • The winner does not need to be present to claim the prize.
  • The winner will be notified via phone, email, or mail if not present and announced on www.discoverpi.org.
  • The boat will be available for pickup after the drawing. For inquiries, call 814-838-5138.
  • All proceeds, after deducting prize costs and expenses, benefit Presque Isle Partnership projects.

Prizes:

  • The grand prize winner will choose between:
    • Two MOKWHEEL Basalt ST 2.0 E-Bikes, Two Deluxe Accessory Packages, and One MOKWHEEL Hitch-Mounted Bike Rack

      OR

    • A $1,500 cash payout
  • Winner to be responsible for paying sales taxes, registration, title, doc fee, and income taxes (PA-40)(W-2G)(1099)
  • The winner must complete a Form W9 before claiming their prize, and a W2G form for the fair market value of the prize will be issued at the end of the year.
  • Presque Isle Partnership disclaims all warranties regarding the boat, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Additional Terms:

  • Raffle ticket purchasers must clearly print their names on each ticket (for physical ticket sales). If more than one name is listed, the first name will be considered the official entrant. This does not apply to online ticket purchases.
  • Presque Isle Partnership is only obligated to deliver the prize to the entrant listed on the ticket. Retain your ticket stub, as it may be required in case of any dispute or controversy. (This does not apply to online purchases.)
  • Licensed by the Erie County Pennsylvania Treasurer. License #SGC257691 and permit #SPR257487.
  • Presque Isle Partnership is a nonprofit organization supporting the preservation and enhancement of Presque Isle State Park.
