Share your craft at Discover Presque Isle 2024!

Thank you for your interest in participating as a craft vendor in the 30th annual Discover Presque Isle celebration at Presque Isle State Park in Erie, Pa.! Complete and sign the application below to be considered for admittance into the event. The official dates and times are as follows. You must be available for the entire festival.

Location: Beach 11

  • Friday, July 26, 2024 — 11 to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 27, 2024 — 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 28, 2024 — 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Application Deadline

May 31, 2024 — Applications received after May 31 will only be considered on a space availability basis.

Rules & Regulations

  • EXHIBITOR ITEMS: Only items made by the exhibitor are permitted. No kits, purchased resin items, etc. will be considered.
  • VENDOR FEE:
    • 12’ x 12’ SINGLE SPACE ONLY - $250 - Parking for 2 vehicles located within 150 yards of vendor area. No electricity.
    • 22’ x 12’ DOUBLE SPACE ONLY - $450 - Parking for 3 vehicles located within 150 yards of vendor area. No electricity.
  • APPLICATION: Complete the application below. Include images of your hand-crafted items along with your booth set-up to be juried for your admittance into the show. Applications received without product images will not be considered.
  • APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 31st, 2024. The jury process will occur on a rolling basis as applications are received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for review.
  • BOOTH SPACE: The layout will accommodate a 10’ x 10’ tent with a minimum of a 2’ buffer between exhibitor’s tents (included in overall space dimensions). You must provide your own tent and temporary fixtures, i.e. tables, chairs, displays, weight bags, etc. All tents must be weighted to the ground. Ground stakes are not permitted. The final placement of crafters is at the full discretion of the event committee.
  • TERRAIN: Presque Isle State Park terrain varies throughout the vending site. Ground surface may consist of mixes of grass, sand, dirt and/or gravel and be uneven or on a slight angle.
  • ELECTRICITY: Electricity is not available at the vending site. If you require power to operate any necessary electronics, we encourage you to bring a portable power bank or something of the like. No combustion-powered generators will be permitted unless authorized by the Discover Presque Isle planning committee.
  • WEATHER: This is an outdoor event and occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain and heat/cold. No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather/exhibitor cancellation.
  • CANCELLATION: Once accepted and payment is received, all fees are non-refundable. All exhibitors must be open Friday 11 p.m.–7 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.-4 p.m. No refunds will be given to exhibitors failing to show up or requesting to leave early.
  • EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY: The exhibitor is responsible for leaving the area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. Failure to do so will reflect upon future consideration/acceptance. All vendors must vacate Beach 11 by sunset on Sunday, July 28.
  • SECURITY: There will be security personnel on duty overnight July 26 and 27.
  • PETS: Exhibitor dogs must be kept on a leash or in a kennel. Incessant barking will not be tolerated.
  • PAYMENT: DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION! Upon acceptance into the show, you will receive mail and email notice along with an invoice for the amount due. If accepted, payment is due in full by June 15th, 2024.

    Hold Harmless Agreement

    By executing this agreement, the undersigned agree(s) for himself, herself, itself and its/their successors, heirs and assigns that participation in Presque Isle Partnership sponsored events, as described herein, shall be at the risk of the undersigned, and that the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PRESQUE ISLE PARTNERSHIP, and the officers, directors, employees, board members, agents and members of either organization, together with their successors and assigns of and from all debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, dues, sum and sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, doings, omissions, variances, extents, execution and liabilities whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, claims for contribution, exoneration or indemnity, or any other thing whatsoever which might arise from the undersigned participation in Presque Isle Partnership sponsored events.

    The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the foregoing, and that he/she has been advised to consult with an attorney if he/she has any questions and further acknowledges that he/she must abide by all the rules & guidelines listed within.
